Pilates Client Agreement

This document outlines the services, fees, and terms for Pilates lessons offered by Federica Catino.

1. Services, Goals & Content

  • Services include Pilates lessons with or without equipment, offered in private or duet, in English or Italian.
  • The lessons, aimed to improve posture, strength, and overall well-being, are personalized to the client’s needs and level, as assessed during a 40-minute trial lesson (mandatory for the first visit, but does not oblige the client to purchase a package).

2. Fees & Validity

  • Fees for all services are determined according to the current rate table that you can find in our website.
  • Clients with active packages will be informed of any price changes in advance. Any modification will apply only to future purchases and not to packages already in progress.
  • Payment for packages is due in full before the first lesson.
  • Unused lessons expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be refunded.
  • For home lessons, additional travel costs may apply depending on the location (communicated in advance).
  • Packages are valid only within the stated validity period indicated in the rate table that starts from the date of purchase of the package.
  • Suspension is possible only for documented health reasons.

3. Lesson Duration

  • Regular lessons last 55 minutes, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Lessons will start and end on time. Late arrival will reduce the lesson length without affecting the fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson.
  • If notice is given before this timeframe, the lesson can be rescheduled without charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be charged in full and the lesson will be considered lost.
  • Duet: If only one participants cancels in advance the class will be rescheduled without charge for all the participants.

5. Health & Liability

  • Clients are responsible for completing and signing the Client Information Form during the first meeting, declaring any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations.
  • Clients must update the instructor if their health status changes before any lesson.
  • Participation at the lesson is at the client’s own risk. The instructor is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

6. Receipts & Participation Confirmation

  • Upon request, clients will receive a receipt for purchased services, including the type of service and price

7. Agreement Duration

  • This agreement is valid for the duration of the purchased package and will automatically continue with the purchase of a new package.
  • It is the trainer’s responsibility to have this agreement signed again in the event of any modifications.

By signing this agreement, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions.
